Product & Application Questions
What chemicals are best for fleet washing and truck cleaning?
For polished fleets, use the Polish Safe Two-Step System (PS-S1 + PS-S2).
For heavy industrial trucks, waste vehicles, and construction equipment, use the Heavy Duty Two-Step System (HD-S1 + HD-S2).
Polish-safe products protect chrome, stainless, and aluminum.
Heavy-duty products remove extreme soil but are not safe for polished metals.
Which products should I use for pressure washing vehicles and equipment?
For general vehicle and fleet washing: CW-F Car Wash Foaming.
For heavy grease and equipment buildup: ID-SC Industrial Degreaser or BIO-D Biodegradable Degreaser.
All are compatible with pressure washers, foam cannons, and hot water units.
Do you offer chemicals for soft washing and roof cleaning?
Yes.
Use SH-12 Sodium Hypochlorite 12% for organic growth removal and RS-DR Roof Surfactant – Deep Red for improved cling, coverage, and control on elevated surfaces.
Are your products safe on vehicle paint and clear coat?
Yes. CW-F, NS-WC, and AD-CD are safe on automotive paint, trims, rubber, and plastics.
Heavy-duty products (HD-S1/HD-S2 and IC-C) must not contact polished aluminum or chrome but are safe on painted steel surfaces when applied correctly.
What surfaces should be avoided with certain chemicals?
PS-S1 / PS-S2: Safe on polished metals
HD-S1 / HD-S2: Not safe on polished aluminum or chrome
IC-C: Avoid polished or sensitive metals
AD-CD: Do not apply to glass, steering wheels, or pedals

Safety & SDS Compliance
Where can I download Safety Data Sheets (SDS)?
All SDS documents are available on our SDS Library Page and on each individual product page.
Do your products require PPE?
Yes.
At minimum, gloves and eye protection are recommended for all products.
Industrial products like SH-12, HD-S1, HD-S2, and IC-C require chemical-resistant PPE, goggles, and sometimes respiratory protection.
Are any products biodegradable or eco-safe?
Yes. BIO-D Biodegradable Degreaser is fully biodegradable and suitable near plants, landscaping, and waterways.
Other alkaline or acidic products may require surface and plant protection during use.

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.
Shipping time depends on your location in Canada and the size of your order.
Do you offer local pickup?
If local pickup is available, it will appear as an option at checkout.
Commercial buyers can request scheduled pickup times.
What is your return policy?
Unopened products may be returned within the timeframe listed on our Returns & Refunds page.
Opened chemical containers cannot be returned for safety reasons.
